Faisal has served in several senior roles in the bank, including being Head of Market and Leadership and Change in the Absa Business Bank, and a Regional executive of the Private Bank in the Northern region. He holds a Masters in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch. He has also served as a director on various boards, including the Durban Chamber of Commerce, Ford Financial Services, as well as the Absa Vehicle and Fleet Management. On this interview Faisal shared his leadership journey and the principles he has learned from his extensive experience in senior roles in banking. They spoke about the transport month and Absa’s involvement there in. The unpacked vehicle financing and the innovations in the space.
